    I can never find an available slot.      
       

Our booking engine looks at both: available rooms and staff.
Some bookings require more than one room.
If you suspect an error our end please tell us so in an email!

 
    What do the plain white slots mean?      
        Available slots appear in blue, previously booked slots in white saying 'booked'.
The calendar is updated automatically every minute, so white slots may simply indicate a time in the past. Otherwise they show internal bookings, meaning: we're busy.
 
    What does this mystery line
"Rehearsal with P1 at R1 Live Room' mean?
     
        P1 is our internal code for whichever person mans the reception.
R1 stands for Room 1. Simples!
 
    I'd like to book a few rehearsals a couple of months from now, but the calendar doesn't even show those dates.      
        We currently only allow bookings up to 30 days in advance.  
    I'd like to book the same slot every week. Can I do this in one go?      
        Before checking out you can add another item.  
    What are your opening hours?      
        We are open from 9am until 10pm  
           
    PAYMENT      
           
    How do I pay?      
        By credit or debit card at the time of booking.  
           
    How do I cancel my booking?      
        At the bottom of your confirmation email there is a link allowing you to cancel a booking up to 48 hours before. After that we expect payment in full. For production services a longer cancellation period applies.  
    Do you offer rebates for longer bookings?      
        Yes, for rehearsals rates come down by 20% after 4 hours and by 40% after 8 hours. The last hour of an 11 hour day is reduced by 80%!  
    How do I bypass payment if I am entitled to a free booking?      
       

Under exceptional circumstances we will offer free time slots for e.g. private clients or customers, who are entitled to this by way of a refund. In this case please check your chosen service for availability, then email us and we block the slot for you.

    I have no idea for how long I should book.

    Can I bring my own kit?      
        Of course you can. But we'd like to know about this at least a day before. You also need to book another hour for this.  
           
    TUTORS      
           
    I am a teacher myself. Do you need more teachers?      
       

We have a number of in-house tutors already. If you would like to become one of our permanent staff please send a CV with photo and some audio or video examples to our email address.

We also offer external tutors to take their lessons here. You can simply book the live or piano room online.
